DCCEE - Assistance for Prime Minister's Task Group on Energy Efficiency

Phil Harrington, Principal Consultant - Climate Change, was seconded to the secretariat of the Prime Minister's Task Group on Energy Efficiency in 2010, to assist with the analysis of policy opportunities and models, and target metrics. He also assisted with the preparation of the Final Report.
