Survey Participant Privacy Statement
Saguity Pty Ltd (ABN 14 144 731 822) is an independent research firm. We interview customers on behalf of our clients to find out how well those clients are looking after them.
What we collect and why
Our client gives us your name and contact details so we can ask for your feedback. We record your answers and comments [and may record the call for accuracy and training]. Taking part is voluntary.
Who sees your feedback
- Our client. We report your feedback to the client, including who said it, so they can act on it and look after you. If you would like your comments kept confidential, just tell us and we will report them without your name.
- Benchmarks and research. We combine de-identified responses from many surveys to create industry benchmarks, trends and insights, which may be shared with others, including to develop analytics and AI tools. These never identify you or your business.
We never use your information for marketing, and we never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your details securely while we continue to work with our client, so we can compare your feedback over time and track whether things have improved. After that, we delete your details or de-identify them.

Opening
“Hi, it’s ___ from Saguity. We’re calling on behalf of [client] to get your feedback on how they’re looking after you. It takes about [6 minutes. Is now a good time?”
[If recorded, add: “The call may be recorded for accuracy.”]
If they ask about confidentiality
“Of course. I’ll mark your comments as confidential and they’ll be reported without your name.” Record it against the interview.
If they ask how their information is used
“Your feedback goes to [client] so they can act on it. Our privacy statement is at saguity.com/privacy.”
Closing
“Thanks for your time. [Client] will see your feedback, and if you’d like to know how we handle your information, it’s at saguity.com/privacy.”
