Pavement design
We provide pavement design services for rigid pavements, flexible pavements, and hardstand areas, considering performance requirements, project budgets and whole-of-life costs.
Road geometrical design
We provide geometric road design services across project stages from optioneering and functional layouts through concept development, detailed design, and issued for construction (IFC) documentation.
Road safety
We provide road safety audits (RSA), safe system assessments (SSA), Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) accessibility reviews and assessments, and safety in design (SiD) workshops to identify, assess, and support mitigation of project risk.
Sign and line design
We prepare signage and line marking designs with reference to relevant Australian standards, Austroads guidelines, and applicable road authority requirements for the project.
Signal design
We use traffic modelling and operational analysis to provide signal designs. We also use microsimulation tools to test signal phasing options, assess intersection performance and identify potential future capacity requirements.
