David Atchison – General Manager Markets & Clients

I am pleased to announce the appointment of  David Atchison to the position of General Manager, Markets & Clients. David joined the pitt&sherry team in December as Mining Sector Leader. Since that time David has engaged widely across the business getting to know pitt&sherry and has gained recognition for his excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.  This is a newly created role and is key to our new business model with our market sector focus. In this role David will be a core member of the Leadership Team  and will be accountable for the development and implementation of our Market Sector Game plans, with each sector leaders.   David will also continue as the Mining Market Sector Leader.

Robert Nicholson – Energy Market Sector Leader

I’m pleased to welcome Robert Nicholson to his new position as Energy Market Sector Leader. Robert originally joined pitt&sherry via the KMH merger. Robert has been heading up our Energy Services from our Sydney Office and has been very successful securing a range on energy efficiency related projects across Victoria and New South Wales.

Robert has an in-depth understanding of the energy and sustainability industries with over fifteen years of senior business management and development experience in the energy and building services industry both in Australia and abroad. Robert has an MBA, Grad Dip Business and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Energy. He is registered as a Technical Support Consultant – NSW Office of Environment & Heritage -Energy Services Panel.

Robert will provide market sector leadership and client focus across the services we provide into the Energy Market Sector. Robert has already been active in building relationships with a number of new clients in the renewable energy sector and has started to build up a profile of the work that pitt&sherry has undertaken in the Energy Market Sector over the past few years. Robert will also continue to provide leadership to the Energy Services team.

These are key strategic appointments as part of our Business Model implementation and delivering on our Value Proposition. In David’s words; “The market sector leaders will work alongside Regional Managers, Project Directors & our senior people to ensure Client Relationships are managed effectively.  The sector leaders will provide guidance and support to the operations in effective account management, and empower our people with the skills and confidence to grow client relationships that realise their full potential. This collaborative approach will ensure we continue to deliver great experiences to our clients, which will underpin our growth strategy and allow us to achieve our pitt&sherry 2025 goals.”
