Design & Construct Engineering

Our highly experienced professional engineers and technicians will oversee, lead, coordinate and ensure successful delivery of civil projects, providing independent, honest and experienced insight to lead projects and ensure correct execution of the contract.

Our experience spans numerous infrastructure sectors and project with values up to $200M. We have been involved in administering construct only, design and construct (D&C), early contractor involvement (ECI), Alliance and bespoke contracts with an excellent track record of providing Superintendents, Superintendent’s Representatives, Construction Inspectors and Principal’s Representatives.

These include:

  • Road Infrastructure projects, including greenfield construction, road upgrades or repairs
  • Rail Infrastructure projects
  • Bridge refurbishment and replacement projects
  • Concrete and earth embankment dam projects
  • Irrigation pipeline and mini-hydro projects
  • Landfill/waste management projects
  • Public utilities infrastructure upgrade projects
  • Renewable energy projects.

Our approach to contract documentation development has been trusted for over 40 years. We are familiar with managing contracts using various Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract (eg AS2124, AS4300, AS4902, AS4905) as well as NPCW3 and Project Specific Deeds.

We have, in addition, invited, closed and assessed tenders including developing tender reports and recommendations to the Principal.

We have provided CA services to both public sector and private sector clients at all levels of the superintending hierarchy including Superintendent, Superintendent’s Representative, Principal’s Representative and Contract Supervisor. These services have been applied to the administration of contracts in the transport (roads and bridges) , industrial and water infrastructure and general civil sectors, as well as flood damage repairs .

pitt&sherry have a 3rd party certified quality management, OHS and environmental management systems that can be used to ensure projects are delivered to the specified quality, safely and so that the environment is protected.
