Our approach to contract documentation development has been trusted for over 40 years. We are familiar with managing contracts using various Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract (eg AS2124, AS4300, AS4902, AS4905) as well as NPCW3 and Project Specific Deeds.

We have, in addition, invited, closed and assessed tenders including developing tender reports and recommendations to the Principal.

We have provided CA services to both public sector and private sector clients at all levels of the superintending hierarchy including Superintendent, Superintendent’s Representative, Principal’s Representative and Contract Supervisor. These services have been applied to the administration of contracts in the transport (roads and bridges) , industrial and water infrastructure and general civil sectors, as well as flood damage repairs .
