Asset optimisation

Providing services across the whole life cycle of an asset and utilising predictive modelling to develop optimised inspection, rehabilitation and replacement programs for assets.

Our services are fully supported by high-end analytical software including AssetAsyst an asset management system we have developed to help us manage assets for clients and for our clients to use in managing their own assets. We provide are range of services across the whole life cycle of assets, including:

  • Inspection
  • Risk assessment
  • Load rating
  • Rehabilitation
  • Detailed design
  • Asset management plans.

Our inspections services are undertaken to various levels of detail depending on the needs of our clients, relevant regulations and standards. We regularly undertake compliance, defect and condition inspections of:

  • Roads
  • Bridges
  • Footpaths
  • Buildings
  • Water infrastructure
  • Slope stability
  • Industrial
  • Mining infrastructure.

We also apply the skills of multi-specialist and multidisciplinary teams to the management of complex assets such as launching gantries.

Using the results of site assessments combined with financial data we undertake cost-benefit analysis on assets to optimise maintenance and upgrade works. We can undertake these assessments rapidly for both individual assets and complex systems of assets using the power of AssetAsyst’s predictive modelling capabilities.

Our predictive modelling capabilities have been used by State Road and local Government authorities to assist with the decision regarding the timing of asset replacements and rehabilitation options.
