  • Facilitating kick-off and progress meetings
  • Monitoring progress and general site matters
  • Non-conformance / defects management
  • Management of communications and project information, including an escalation procedure and delegated authority of decision making
  • Contract administration, including:
    • Assessment and validation of variations and time claims
    • Cost monitoring and control
    • Validating progress claims
    • Providing completion certification
    • Ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations
