Voluntary deregistration of Pitt & Sherry (International) Pty Ltd (PSI)
For more than 60 years, pitt&sherry has operated through a number of different entities and business names as part of the Pitt & Sherry Group.
As part of our ongoing commitment to good governance and the simplification of our company structure, we advise that the process to voluntarily deregister Pitt & Sherry (International) Pty Ltd (ACN 615 509 530) (“PSI”) has commenced.
PSI was originally established to support international opportunities, primarily in Papua New Guinea. As our business has evolved, this entity is no longer required and has been dormant for some time.
This deregistration is an administrative process only. It reflects our commitment to maintaining an efficient and transparent company structure. Importantly, this change will not impact our ongoing operations or client services.
We will provide further updates when the deregistration process is complete.
